HOM operates a property management platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy applies to your use of our apps (iOS, Android) and our website, and complies with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Data we collect
We collect: (1) account data — name, phone number, preferred language. (2) usage data — the properties and units you manage, maintenance requests, tenant communications. (3) technical data — IP address, device type, OS version. We do not collect your geographic location without explicit permission.
Why we collect it
We use your data to: deliver property-management services, send notifications and reminders, protect your account against fraud, improve the product, and comply with regulatory requirements (ZATCA, SDAIA, the Central Bank).
Where it's stored
All customer data is stored on Saudi-based cloud infrastructure, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We do not transfer your data outside the Kingdom except with your explicit consent and within tightly scoped use cases.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, port it to another provider, and withdraw consent at any time. You can export your data directly from account settings, or contact us for a full copy within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We retain data for the lifetime of your account, plus 7 years after closure to meet accounting requirements. Technical logs are deleted after 90 days.
