These terms apply to anyone using our products — the owner app, the tenant app, the management console, or our website. By using HOM you acknowledge that you've read and agreed to these terms.
To create an account you must be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have an active Saudi mobile number. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and you may not share your account with anyone else.
You may use HOM to manage your real estate or residential unit. You may not use the platform for any illegal activity, send unsolicited commercial messages, impersonate another person, or attempt to compromise the platform.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (documents, photos, messages). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the service (e.g., displaying a document to other parties tied to the same property).
HOM subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly based on the plan you select. You may cancel at any time — your account stays active through the end of the paid period without a partial refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You'll be given a reasonable opportunity to export your data before final deletion.
HOM is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your annual subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the competent courts of Riyadh holding jurisdiction over any dispute.
